Is my dog going to be crated??
Depends on the dog! The dog's are not crated while I am home (and awake!) Most of my dogs are crate trained to give the dog safety and mental stability. If your dog is not used to a crate, chat with me and let's see if we can come up with a solution! I have a client who's dog was terrified of the crate and never went in it, after her visit with me she now goes in her crate with no issues or fearfulness and enjoys it, both at my home and her own! Dog's who are friendly with others, non destructive, and have more freedom are allowed to hang out and have more playtime. Dog's are crated at night or while they aren't able to be supervised. I am never gone more than 4-6 hours at once.
My dog isn't friendly...
That's okay! I usually don't take more than a couple boarding dogs at once if there's aggressive dogs in the mix. I can rotate the dogs so your dog gets just as much playtime and love as the others. I also do training if your dog needs it, let's chat!
I see collars on your dogs, will that be used on my dog?!
My dogs are ecollar trained, as well as many of my clients dogs. If your dog is not ecollar trained, they will not be wearing an ecollar. The collars seen on dogs in my posts are THEIR collars, I don't just put them on dogs, that'd be ridiculous. HOWEVER, if your dog is continuously barking to the point my neighbors will key my car, I'm going to put a bark collar on your dog and teach them that that behavior is not acceptable in my home. If your dog has extreme separation anxiety, let's chat about training!
